Brief Program Description:
The Initiative: Baltimore (TIB) is committed to advancing the Baltimore community by helping create the next generation of community leaders through youth education and mentorship. The Initiative: Baltimore, Inc. strives to inspire young men to lead their communities through civic engagement, community development and political leadership.

- Briefly describe the kind of partnerships you may be looking for: The Initiative Baltimore welcomes most partnerships, particularly those areas that could be beneficial to the betterment of young black men in the Baltimore County and Baltimore City areas. The preferred partnerships include but are not limited to the areas of civic engagement, leadership, entrepreneurship, experiential learning, financial literacy, and tutoring.
