The Career-Connected Learning (CCL) Playbook & Training, created in partnership with Dent Education and CareerBound, equips out-of-school time programs with everything needed to integrate Apprenticeship models and Industry-Recognized Credentials (IRCs) into their work — with training, tools, and hands-on support along the way.

What we're working toward
Baltimore's Blueprint calls for 45% of graduates to earn an IRC or apprenticeship by 2030. This initiative helps make that happen — starting now.

Training Type	Description
2 Day In-Person Training (with homework time)	Cohort-based instruction spread across two days, with a break for participants to research, consult staff and partners, and refine their implementation strategies.
1 Day in-person Training	A full day of interactive instruction with time for small group discussion, real-time problem-solving, and workbook-guided planning.
½ Day in-person training	A focused introduction to the playbook's core frameworks and planning tools, ideal for teams beginning the implementation process.
90 Minute Virtual Introduction	An accessible entry point to the playbook's key concepts, combining brief instruction, guided reflection, and Q&A.
Custom Trainings	Whether adapting content for a specific context, combining formats, or designing a multi-session learning arc, our team will work with you to build a training experience that aligns with your goals.
Technical Assistance	We match organizations with subject matter experts in apprenticeship and IRC program design, including specialists in specific credentials.
Participant Stipends	We encourage sponsoring organizations to provide stipends to participants to incentivize program adoption and data sharing. MOST can track training completion, distribute stipends, and collect follow-up data as an add-on service.
